Where can I download AVEN?

AVEN is preparing for launch. Public App Store and Google Play downloads are not available yet. Official download links will appear here when they are published.

Is AVEN free or paid?

Paid plans are prepared but not on sale yet. Standard members can send up to 8 introductions a day; the likes-you list, profile visitors, photos in chat, rewind, and widened search are planned paid features. Final plan details and any subscription price will be shown before you purchase.

Can I sign in or sign out on this website?

Member sign-in and sign-out are in the mobile app. This website provides information and account help; it does not offer a member login. If you are already testing AVEN, use the app to manage your session.

What does Photo Verified mean?

Photo Verified means AVEN has reviewed a submitted camera capture against profile photos, and a person reviews every check. It does not verify government identity, criminal history, or whether someone is safe to meet.

Does AVEN perform background checks?

AVEN does not currently offer police-record or government-ID background checks. No verification badge is a guarantee of safety.

How do I get help with a safety concern?

Read the Safety Center for reporting, blocking, and meeting guidance, or contact [email protected]. Do not include passwords or security codes. Contact local emergency services if you are in immediate danger.

Are the couples and conversations on this website real member stories?

The photographs and example conversations are illustrative. We will publish genuine member success stories only with their approval; no member testimonials are published here yet.
